Therapy that honours your story and your resilience

Hello, I’m Clare..

an integrative psychotherapist offering a warm, collaborative space for growth and healing.

My integrative approach draws from modalities such as somatic, relational, psychodynamic and mindfulness-based therapy. Together, we explore old patterns, unmet needs, and new ways of relating—to yourself and others—that feel authentic and sustainable.

I trained with the Pilamaya Centre for Integration Psychotherapy and am accredited by the National Centre for Integration Psychotherapy (NCIP).

My work is guided by compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s inner wisdom.

My Life outside of the Therapy Space.

A small bird Robin perched on a moss-covered fallen tree branch in a forest surrounded by green leaves, moss, and fallen leaves. He shows a moment of calm in a busy world.

I believe in the importance of finding moments of peace in daily life and cultivating a natural flow. I found myself drawn to this type of work, recognising a natural alignment with my values. I love that therapy allows for organic change, not just a checklist of tasks. Much like plants, personal growth requires the right conditions - nurturing, patience, and an understanding that change unfolds naturally. I see my role as supporting clients in their exploration of their own inner resources, accompanying them on their path back to change.

When it comes to hobbies, I'm a bit of a contradiction. I find joy in both the tranquility of nature and the vibrancy of city life. I'm an avid gardener, happiest when I'm barefoot pottering away with my plants. At the same time, I love the energy of a bustling city and enjoy people-watching. I also cherish quiet moments by the beach, watching my dog chase the waves.

I'm a lifelong learner, always eager to discover new things. Outside of the therapy room, I keep busy with my husband, three children, and our bouncy dog.
